Punta Cana 2018
We have been clients of Hermes Travel for over 20 years. Trips to Greece, Aruba, Jamaica, and most recently Punta Cana over Christmas and New Years! Once again it was flawlessly planned. Our 10 day trip for our family of 14 was exceptional. They helped us choose the right resort for all of us, the rooms were beautiful and we were all near the center of the resort and the beach, the food was delicious and the entertainment great. The kids had plenty to do with 2 water parks and a kid play center. Thank you for always being there to make our vacations memorable!

We have booked the most memorable family vacations through them all over Mexico and the Caribbean, as well as our yearly family trips to Greece. They always recommend the best resorts and attractions. When it came time to celebrate my daughter's Sweet 16, Nancy helped us organize our large group of family and friends and we had a great time. Planning it with her was hassle free and it turned out to be an awesome trip. Nancy is my "go-to girl" for our trips. On one trip, when our flight was delayed, she even called to tell me that she booked me on an earlier flight because she knew my personal situation and that I needed to get home early that particular day. I was once asked by a friend why, in this day and age, where everybody used online travel sites, do I still use a travel agent? I answered that there is no comparison for peace of mind.
